PICK UP 

We currently offer order pick up service.  We will notify you when your order is ready to be picked up.  Please do not drop by until you receive notification your order is ready for pick up.   

 

We may offer shipping services in the future.

 

PROMOTIONS 
We offer promotions and discounts from time to time.  These are limited time offers.  They may require you to enter a promotional code at checkout to receive the promotion. 
Limit one promotion per order, per customer and cannot be combined with other offers. (unless specifically stated so).  We reserve the right to amend or modify any and all promotions at any time.  We are not responsible for typographical errors, even on this website.  

RETURN POLICIES
SATISFACTION GUARANTEED!  IF YOU ARE NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE FROM ALAN WILLIAMS SALON, WE WILL GLADLY ACCEPT A RETURN OF ANY NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED ITEM IN ITS ORIGINAL CONTAINER, BOX, FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND UP TO 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.  To arrange a return, please contact us at alan@alanwilliamssalon.com.  Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, exchanges, and returns.  

  
RETURNS
Print a Return Form for Easy Return/Exchange of ordered item(s). The form will ask for your order information and items being returned for exchange or refund. You can also indicate which items you would like in exchange and any special instructions or comments you may have. 
  
REFUNDS
Refunds will be credited back to the same method of the original payment method of the order.  You will receive confirmation of your refund via e-mail. Please allow an additional 2-4 business days for your credit card to process your refund. 
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE
We do not accept returns after 30 days of your order. Proof of purchase is required for all refunds, exchanges, and returns. 
Please note that Alan Williams Salon may refuse your return if it does not meet our return policies.

OTHER SITUATIONS
If you suspect the product you purchased is spoiled or defective please know that all of our products are new and come directly from the manufacturer. We take these matters very seriously and investigate them thoroughly.
If you suspect the product you received is spoiled or defective;

  • Time is of the essence.

  • Stop using the product.

  • SAVE ALL OF THE UNUSED PRODUCT.

  • Contact us immediately, and we will arrange with you to return the product to us.

  • We will have you complete a claim form.

  • The product will be sent directly to the manufacturer for testing.

  • Upon completion of the testing, we will notify you of the outcome and proceed from there. 

AGREEMENT
You agree by making a purchase that you are authorized to use the payment method used for this transaction, and you will not dispute this transaction so long as the amount corresponds to the authorized amount and as described in these terms and conditions.
